Jen Shiflet is a Senior Accounting Associate at Tri-Merit, bringing more than 20 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and business operations. Since joining Tri-Merit in January 2023, Jen has played an integral role in supporting the company’s financial operations, overseeing key accounting processes and helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across the organization.
Throughout her career, Jen has developed extensive expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial operations. Her ability to manage complex financial details while maintaining a broader understanding of business needs allows her to identify issues, improve processes, and provide practical, solution-focused support. Born and raised in the Houston, Texas, area, Jen is a proud mom and grandmother. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, family, and friends.
