Lisa Arendsen joined Tri-Merit in October 2022 as an R&D Team Coordinator. In her role, Lisa supports Project Managers with a wide range of administrative and data-related tasks, helping keep R&D studies organized, on schedule, and moving smoothly from start to finish. Her attention to detail and steady support play an important role in getting each study across the finish line.
Before joining Tri-Merit, Lisa spent 14 years in healthcare as a Lead Medical Records Coordinator for a statewide health system. While she valued her time in healthcare, she was ready for a new challenge, which ultimately led her to Tri-Merit.
Lisa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management from Ferris State University in 2009.
Outside of work, Lisa is known for her positive outlook and believes that a glass-half-full mindset is key to long-term happiness. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, camping, hiking, cooking, and canning.
