Nick joined Tri-Merit in 2011 as an accounting associate, but he has worn many hats for the company over the years. Starting out, Nick focused on adding value wherever possible and filling the gaps in the small business that was at the time 9 people. He helped set up many employee benefits on the HR side, spearheaded the administration of the CRM system, and established some IT best practices. Later, Nick helped develop the ERC program for Tri-Merit and began building out a team to support the back office of Tri-Merit. He eventually worked up to CFO and Partner in 2023, where Nick currently oversees all finance, HR, and administrative functions of the company.
Prior to joining Tri-Merit, Nick worked as a personal trainer fresh out of college, where Nick met Randy while training Randy’s son Matthew.
Nick attended school at North Park University, graduating in 2011 with two bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Science and Business. Nick took additional online classes to obtain the necessary credits to earn a CPA, which he achieved in 2018.
Fun Facts: Nick played football in college and was an All-Conference Defensive Back during junior and senior years at North Park. Nick is married with three kids, and they love all things Disney, so much so that his wife became a travel agent specializing in Disney. In his free time, Nick enjoys golfing and coaching his kids’ sports teams.
