Jess LaConde joined Tri-Merit in April 2021 after building her background at a specialty tax firm. She currently serves as Team Lead – Team Coordinator for the R&D department, where she supports directors by assisting client calls, helping move studies forward, and keeping projects running smoothly. Jess holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and is based in the greater Los Angeles area of Southern California.
Outside of work, Jess is a group fitness instructor at a strength and conditioning studio. She enjoys staying active, exploring new places, and trying new foods with her husband.
