Blair Troop is a Senior Cost Segregation Consultant. He has over a half decade of experience conducting Cost Segregation studies including auto manufacturing plants, hotels, heavy manufacturing industrial facilities, expansive offices, and residential complexes. He is responsible for performing physical site inspections, interpreting client general ledgers, estimating take-offs from the blueprints, and preparing schedules that support findings in accordance with IRS standards. Blair attended the University of Central Florida for Civil Engineering.
